Essay

In the work the program and scientifically grounded prevention of violations of structural and functional state of bone tissue among students by means of physical rehabilitation, aimed to achieve optimal peak bone formation and skeleton with maximum power characteristics. The first was a program of prevention, featuring a comprehensive approach and includes two clusters: information and education and adaptive recreation. The theoretical understanding of the dependence of power characteristics of bone tissue types and mode of physical activity and other healthy lifestyle factors. Optained data which describe features of morpho-functional state of the musculoskeletal system among young persons that specialize in various sports.
