Determination of individual methods of operative treatment of varicose illness of lower extremities the study of the functional state of large and small saphena and their collaterales underlay, in particular tonico-cotration ability of venous wall and phase of venous circulation on alpha adrenonomimetic influence of Noradrenalinum. It enabled to set the areas of the superficial venous system, in which lost or tonico-cotration ability is considerably diminished, and set them functional insolvency by the ultrasonic coloured full-duplex scan-out.
