Gladka T. Public Administration of Innovative Development of Education in Ukraine

Object of research: the state providing of innovative development of educational sphere is in transformation society. Purpose: ground of theoretical positions and development of practical recommendations in relation to perfection of public administration innovative development of education in Ukraine. Methods: analysis and synthesis, comparative analysis, abstractly-logical, prognostications and designs, unities historical and logical. Results: theoretical positions are grounded and practical recommendations are developed on perfection of public administration innovative development of education system in Ukraine. Novelty: in theory the necessity of introduction of functional model of public administration of innovative education development is grounded and its constituents are certain; presented suggestion on the removal of lacks of normatively-legal base of public administration innovative development of education in Ukraine. It is inculcated in activity of authorities of Volyn, Kyrovograd, Poltava regions and Sevastopol. Areas of use: public administration, local self-government, training and retraining of civil servants and public servants of local self-government.
