Zadkova O. The formation of readiness of future pilots to the decision of problem situations in their professional activity

The research is dedicated to the problem of professional preparation of flying structure in higher educational establishments. Essence and state of the investigated problem is analysed in pedagogical and psychological theories, also in sphere of safety of flights and practice of higher school. Content of concepts "readiness" and "problem studies" is specified in the context of professional preparation of future pilots; the necessity of forming of readiness of future pilots to the solving of problem situations in their professional activity is grounded. The structural components of model of organization of educational process of the special theoretical disciplines under forming of integration knowledge of future pilots in the context of forming of readiness of future pilots to the solving of problem situations in their professional activity are developed. Efficiency of this didactics model, which outlines interconnections of the stages, components of preparation, principles, forms, methods of studies is theoretically grounded and experimentally tested. Results of experimental work shows the efficiency of the model offered by an author, that allows to promote the level of professional reliability of future pilots.
