Yegorova V. Development of teachers' key competencies in the system of the methodical work of higher school.

The thesis focuses on the theoretical and methodical research of the development of teachers' key competencies in the system of the methodical work of higher school. The author has considered, analyzed different aspects of the problem of the development of the methodical work of higher school. The problem of the realization of the competence approach in the modern educational process of the institutes of higher education, the urgent problem of modern pedagogical technologies introduction in the process of teachers' scientific and methodical work have been analyzed in the thesis. The author has considered the special features of adults' education. The model of the development of teachers' key competencies in the system of the methodical work of higher school is presented and the pedagogical conditions providing the efficiency of this model have been defined and scientifically grounded.
