The thesis is devoted to the scientific basing qualitative new system of sequence of medical care which basis is the information creation network with automation of each doctor's workplace with system of patients' direction on the highest levels of rendering medical care with the right of the doctor of the general practice / family medicine to define patient's route. The central element of sequence system of medical care is the list patients which is created on the basis of the information network of health care with maintenance of confidential personificated information about patients.
