Essay

Based on data analysis of clinical, instrumental and laboratory research on 146 patients with ischemic heart disease combined with type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM) it was found that concomitant diseases leaded to changes of left ventricular predominate (in 73,3%) by the type of concentric hypertrophy. Reduction of the total heart rate variability with parasympathetic component depletion leads to increasing in the number and duration of episodes of silent myocardial ischemia and ventricular rhythm disturbances in comparison with a group with isolated coronary heart disease (CHD).Haemostasic changes in patients with combined pathology showed that the lack of compensation of DM in patients with coronary disease threatens to prothrombotic changes, increases the probability of complications that was confirmed by the presence of correlation between the level of HbA1s and content fibrinogen and AT III. Interconditionality of proatherosclerotic and procoagulant processes has shown, which is explained by the presence of a positive correlation between the level of high-density lipoprotein and AT III, which is stored in the compensation of DM and for its absence. Stratification of modified and unmodified risk factors сould identifies the most important prognostic indicators for the development of diabetes in patients with isolated coronary disease and for development of ACS in patients with CHD and concomitant type 2 DM.
