Object - emotional sphere of the younger pupils and teenagers; objective - to determine the features of onset, prevention and overcoming of school fears and their age dynamics; methods - theoretical, method of documentation analysis, diagnostic experiment, forming experiment, mathematical statistics methods; novelty - determination of the fears features in educational activity for the first time in relation to degree of rigidity of their emotional experience; improving of personality diagnostic tools of pupils experiencing fears in educational activity by creating the methodical complex including the research methods of school anxiety, school fears, pupils' attitude to important subjects od school life, attribution style of pupils and emotional experience rigidity; expanding of the idea of the fears occurrence in education activity by distinguishing of fears types of the younger pupils and teenagers; deepening of the fears idea in pupils' educational activity by defining the content of this notion that is understood as negative emotional state reflecting in consciousness a particular danger for the person's psychological well-being and occurring in predicting and feeling of the failure while carrying out particular actions in school environment; further developing of characteristic of age peculiarities of the younger pupils and teenagers by defining the relations peculiarities between the pupils' attitude to important subjects and events of school life and school fears; further developing of characteristic of pupils psychological follow-up with a negative emotional state by creating the developmental and intervention program aimed at preventing and overcoming of such fear groups as quiz fear, fear of social non-acceptance, fear of punishment in educational activity; results - designed methodical complex and developmental and intervention program may be used in practice of school psychological service as well as while professional training and professional level increase of practical psychologists; field - psychology
