The question of forming of indexes and indicators of sustainable development is considered, their influence on ecological-economic development status is determined, the system of indicators is offered in a complex, that covers the sphere of ecology, economy and social policy. The analysis of problems of ecological-economic development of Ukraine is done and some problems of ecological-economic collaboration of Ukraine and countries-members of the EU are defined and tasks of their solution are set up. Strategic ways of sustainable ecological-economic development of Ukraine are defined.
