Poteryahin . Plasmapheresis in complex treatment of the mechanical jaundice caused by choledocholithiasis

Treatment's results of 120 patients with choledoholithiasis complicated by a mechanical jaundice are considered. Dynamics of metabolic infringements at patients with a mechanical jaundice from positions of intoxication's syndrome, with allocation of the basic variants of development of intoxication syndrome is being studied. The inefficiency of standard scheme of infusion therapy is shown which are used as preoperative preparation in decompensated stages of endotoxicosis at patients with a mechanical jaundice. Optimal medical tactics at patients with the mechanical jaundice caused by choledocholithiasis with definition of indications for carrying out plasmapheresis. A certain laboratory (bilirubin, concentration of molecular oligopeptides, enzymes of a hepatic structure, products PAL) criteria of an assessment of efficiency plasmapheresis at patients with hepatic insufficiency are developed.
