Essay

An object is a process of teaching of future engineers-teachers of electroenergy type; purpose - in theory to ground, develop and experimentally check up the methodical system of forming for the future engineers-teachers of competence on planning of methods of teaching of electroenergy disciplines; research methods - theoretical (analysis of pedagogical, psychological, scientific, methodical literature; structural analysis and design methods; methods of logical generalization of the got results); empiric (pedagogical experiment, questionnaire, questioning, method of expert estimations, pedagogical supervision); methods mathematical statistical processing of experimental data; novelty - first in theory grounded, it is developed and the model of competence is experimentally tested on planning of methods of teaching of electroenergy disciplines of future engineers-teachers, which consists of analytical, prognosticheskoy and constructing jurisdictions, which are built on the basis of signs of knowledges, abilities, personality components and presented in two forms: structural and as plurals of signs; got further development: method of process of forming of the system of jurisdictions control on planning of methods of teaching of electroenergy disciplines, which provides upgrading forming of knowledges, abilities and professionally important qualities of future engineer-teacher, both on genesial and on productive levels; generalized model of facilities of process of forming for the students of the system of jurisdictions control on planning of methods of teaching of electroenergy disciplines, which allows to connect declarative and procedural information and, accordingly, provides the simultaneous forming of professional knowledges, abilities and professionally important qualities, the model of facilities is complemented auxiliary information, that allows a student independently to decide tasks; research results are inculcated in the educational process of the Ukrainian engineer-pedagogical academy, National technical university of "KHPI", Berdyanskogo state pedagogical university.
