Thesis we are study the problem of the influence of psychological characteristics of stereotyping in the process of professional socialization of medical practitioners. Found that factor productive professional socialization of medical practitioners is to maintain positive (designing) and prevention of adverse effects (destructive) Stereotypes of professional activity. Levels of reflection stereotypes professional medical practitioners are: a) an individual - the subjective perception of the stereotype as a consequence of individual professional activities (1-2 years experience), b) professional - association patterns of generalized characteristics of all doctors while ignoring the relationship with his own professional conduct (3-5 years experience), c) interactive - the objective understanding of the relationship between their own therapeutic work and professional stereotypes (length more than 5 years). The practical value of research defined the possibility of using methodological tools developed during the process of professional medical practitioners to promote their professional socialization.
