The thesis is devoted to scientific substantiation of content and methodology of developing the creative abilities of pupils of basic school facilities for drawing graphics tasks. The methodology laid specially designed system of graphic problems solving process which affects the development of the main components of the creative abilities of primary school pupils. The results of the analysis of psychological and educational literature on the development of creative abilities of students of secondary schools. The structure of technical abilities, whose main components are: mental (intellectual), graphic (and reading performance of conditional graphics) sensorimotor. A factor which the system is a technical way of thinking. Theoretically grounded and developed a system for drawing graphics tasks specific to attract students of secondary schools to address them through a mental transformation of images. Established and developed the theoretical basis for the development of creative drawing tasks aimed at developing the creative abilities of students in secondary schools. The technique of teaching students creative solution to problems of graphic drawing and an experimental verification of the influence of the developed technique for the development of creative abilities of students.
