The object - cognitive activity of the children with poor eyesight. The aim - theoretically ground and practically elaborate pedagogical conditions of cognitive activity development of the children with poor eyesight by means of games. Methods - theoretical, empirical, statistical. Novelty - at the first time The pedagogical conditions of cognitive activity development of the children with poor eyesight by means of games have been developed and scientifically grounded; the essence and structure of cognitive activity of the children with poor eyesight was discovered; the features of cognitive activity development, psychomotor functions, moving abilities of the 5-7 years old children with poor eyesight comparing to ones without eyesight problems; the experimental model and the methodology of realization of pedagogical conditions of cognitive activity development of the children with poor eyesight by means of games was developed, this model is made of three stages and pedagogical tasks of personality development; the content of the concept "cognitive activity of the children with poor eyesight"; the theory and methodology of corrective and development work on the development of cognitive activity of 5-7 years old children by means of games received their development. Results - the system of corrective mobility games were developed, also their classification and methodical recommendations of using it in cognitive activity development of the children with poor eyesight and the method if diagnostics of psychical processes of children with poor eyesight in terms of gaming activity. Efficacy of introduction - high. Branch - pedagogical, pre-school educational establishments, high educational establishments.
