Yarovikova T. Institutional bases of establishment of economic subjects’ motivation in realization sphere

Object of research: institutional development of the motivations of realization activity of subjects economic systems. A research objective: the identification of the structure and mechanisms of formation of motivation institutions of realization activity of enterprises in the transformational economy and development of an optimal model of the motivational management of their realization behavior. Researching methods: system method, method of theoretical generalization, analysis and synthesis, comparison and extrapolation simulation, the method of questioning, the method of expert estimates, the statistical methods. Results, novelty: a causal link between the motivational institutions of the realization behavior of the economic subjects is developed; the concept of "realization motivation" is developed; the classification of the functions of the realization relations in the system of social reproduction is improved; the possible trajectories of the transformation of the motivational institutions of realization behavior of the subjects of transitional economy is improved; the definition of the economic content of the realization is developed; the substantiation of the possibility and ways of distribution of the labor motivation theories of the employees on the motivation of realization activity of enterprises are improved; presentation on the causes of deviant forms of realization behavior of the subjects of transitional economy is developed.
