Lohin I. Psychological Factors of Professional Formation of Servicemen of Detention Centers of the Ministry of Interior Affairs

The dissertation is devoted to the research of influence of objective and subjective psychological factors upon professional formation of servicemen of special establishments within the Ministry of Interior Affairs - detention centers. Content aspects of professionalization of detention centers servicemen have been examined; the results of influence of factors of professional formation upon their personal changes have been determined. The influence of psychological factors upon professional formation of detention centers servicemen has been described. The systematization of professional conflicts in special establishments within the Ministry of Interior Affairs has been carried out; the styles of behaviour in such situations have been outlined; personal displays and changes of life orientations of detention centers servicemen have been examined. Principal types of strategies of professional formation of detention centers servicemen have been substantiated.
