The object of research is the process of global transformation of the global financial market. The aim of the thesis is to develop theoretical and methodological principles of studying processes of transformation of financial markets and the development of scientific and practical recommendations to ensure effective international cooperation in financial markets of a global transformational changes. Methods: dialectical method of scientific knowledge, methods of analysis and synthesis, the method of comparative analysis and economic-mathematical methods, the method of synthesis of data, the method of statistical and econometric analysis, factor analysis and others. Theoretical results: how the development of existing theoretical and methodological foundations of studies of the global transformation of the global financial market and the development of scientific and practical recommendations for the international cooperation of the financial markets of countries in the context of global transformational change. Practical results: lies in the fact that scientific results obtained to the level of specific scientific, methodological and practical recommendations for improvement of economic mechanisms in the context of global transformation of the global financial market. Scientific novelty: the first time: a logical framework functional-chronological characteristics of regulation of world financial market sectors, sophisticated$ scientific and methodological tools leveling crisis on world financial markets if the use of econometric models to determine the degree of influence of the financial shock in countries with developed economies in the country, emerging markets; the conceptual scheme of interaction of national and global financial markets on the basis of cluster analysis of factors influencing foreign capital into the banking system of the country; received further development: criteria of structure of the financial market, given the definitions of "global market", "global transformation of the world financial market".
