Essay

The work proved and optimal conditions of physical education as the goal, objectives, principles and benchmarks for various training courses to meet the requirements of professional-applied physical training, hygiene standards of physical activity and interests of students to the sport. The basis of organization and methods of teaching physical education students placed concrete definition of the terms of the principles of teaching physical education students, including tools, methods, forms and organization studies. The data on motivation towards physical education in the educational and extracurricular forms by introducing exercise and sports that match students' interests. A provision of the organizational structure and content of the department of physical education university in modern terms of reorganization of higher education.
