Yarmak O. The screening - system of physical condition of 15-17 years males in the physical education process

Dissertation is devoted to the substantiation of physical condition screening technology for 15-17 years males. The structure was developed as well as the main components and their content on the basis of determination of informative indices of physical development, morphological and functional state, physical fitness and performance. The automated system of physical condition screening is proposed, which include comprehensive and express evaluation of the physical condition level of 15-17 years males as well as theoretical and practical recommendation aimed at physical condition improvement. The results of investigation were implemented into education process of students in humanitarian pedagogical college of Kyiv regional institute of postgraduate education of pedagogical specialists, into physical education process in the specialized general education school № 9. There was also improved the content of lection and seminars for students of refresher courses in Kyiv regional institute of postgraduate education of pedagogical specialists. All of these are confirmed by the respective Acts of implementation
