Essay

The problem of forming research competence of future teacher of Chemistry is considered. Based on the analysis of scientifically pedagogical literature the importance of concepts "competence", "professional pedagogical competence" and "research competence of future teacher of Chemistry" is found out. Components of research competence of future teacher of Chemistry (motivational-evaluative, cognitive, operating) are revealed. It is developed and scientifically grounded didactic principles, approaches, methods (cognitive, creative, control and reflective), means and stages (analytical, motivational, meaningful, organizational-operating, final). Their efficiency in educational process is experimentally tested. Markers and levels of forming of components of research competence of future teacher of Chemistry are grounded.
