Essay

The thesis focuses on the study of semantic anomalies in the texts of laws on the materials of the valid codes. The taxonomy of deviant customs and it's normal variants in law texts is proposed in the dissertation.The main types of the deviant customs - textual and logical - were considered in the dissertation. Description of the deviations, explication of the mechanisms of it's appearance, search the ways of it's correct customs were based on the theoretical background of the communicational, cognitive linguistics, semantics, pragmatics, methods of the component analysis and cognitive modelling.
