Dissertation is devoted to the research of problem of application of module-rating systems of studies in colleges. Terms of the module-rating system are analyzed. Advantages of the newest technology and state of problem are exposed in the process of professional preparation of students in colleges. The model of construction of educational process in college is based on module-rating system. The conditions of effective introduction of the system are analyzed. Pedagogical diagnostics input levels of academic achievements of students are held. The training manuals of teaching for module-rating system, training programs and rating book.are written and put into practice. By implementing the proposed technology experimentally tested effectiveness of using of module-rating system.
