Theoretical and scientific generalization of the under study problem has been done in the thesis by means of grounding and experimental examination of pedagogical conditions of the preparation of future teachers for the professional activity under the conditions of rural elementary school; stimulating the emotionally valuable personal attitude to the professional activity under the conditions of rural elementary school; intensification of the educationally-methodical activity of the future elementary school teachers; improvement of the technological aspects of the mastering of the practical skills and attainments of the educational process organization in rural elementary school; formation of the personal professional qualities for the successful activity under the conditions of rural elementary school. The model of the future teachers preparation for the professional activity under the conditions of rural elementary school has been worked out, which reveals the structure of the preparation, reflects the links between its components. Structural components, criteria and indicators, which became initial for the ascertainment of the level of preparedness of future teachers for the professional activity under the conditions of rural elementary school have been determined. The notion "professional training of the future teachers of rural elementary school" has been concretized as 'continual process of formation of theoretical, methodical knowledge in rural society; practical skills and attainments, attitudes, experience, personal professional pedagogical qualities, needs in self-education, self-perfection, self-realization, which ensure efficiency of the further pedagogical activity under the conditions of rural elementary school'.
