Muzilyov D. Delivery of specific goods in a trading network of cities mobile distribution centers is improved

Object of research is proceses of-the delivery of specific goods in the trading network of cities mobile distribution centres (MDC). Research-the impact of schema structure for the delivery of the goods through MDC on the effective functioning of the systems of cargo delivery by reducing the cost of transportation and other costs of collection for pollution of the environment. Uses the techniques of systems analysis, neural networks, fuzzy sets theory, genetic algorithm, the methods of probability theory. The scientific novelty consists in the fact that for the first time: offered technological scheme of delivery of specific goods in the trading network of cities using the MDC, which is considered, taking into account the dynamic nature of all the items in the delivery system; asked to assess the effectiveness of the delivery of goods through centres on the basis of the criterion, which simultaneously takes account of transport costs and costs of collection for pollution of the external environment in the operation of rolling stock; used vehicle nejronno-fuzzy-genetic algorithm for constructing the forecast model that allows you to predict the value of the demand for specific goods, taking into account the consistency of the days of the week on the operational forecasting period respectively selected season and depending on time of day; proposed structure of the information the administering model (IAM) operational management centre seen in the form of fuzzy module that allows to build a flexible decision support system (DSS) operatives based on inaccuracies and uncertainty information. Practical significance of the results is to develop methodologies for determining rational schemes of delivery of goods through distribution centres is based.
