Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to optimizing health care delivery system to military patients with comorbid anxiety and depressive disorders in primary care. The author analyzed the frequency of anxiety and depressive disorders in the military and their correlation with lifestyle factors and patients' adherence to treatment. The evidence-based approach was suggested in order to improve health care delivery to military with comorbid anxiety and depressive disorders in primary care. As a result, the complex of preventive measures among the patients of day hospital was developed. These measures increase adherence to treatment among military personnel and encourage them to participate in preventive measures.
