Object of study:technological methods of growing ducklings. Purpose of research: improvement of technological methods of growing ducklings to improve meat productivity and quality of meat. Тheoretical and practical results: the theoretical plan - is confirmed by theoretical positions regarding the advisability of raising poultry in equal weight groups, in practical - processing methods developed growing ducklings, increase meat productivity and meat quality of ducks. Novelty: the first comprehensive assessment carried out productive and meat quality of ducks cross "Temp" in farm conditions in different housing systems. The optimum density of placing for growing ducklings on deep litter and in cages are established. The expediency of forming equal weight groups of ducklings during growth on the basis of their division at day old by weight of hatching eggs from which they are removal. Revealed the effect of class distribution on the meat productivity of ducklings. For the first time established a positive effect of probiotic "Baykal EM 1" on the meat productivity and meat quality of ducklings. The technological method of growing ducklings protected by a patent for utility model "method of growing ducklings substandard". Degree of implementation: the research results implemented in FY "Svitanok" and PP "Lazarenko" Mykolaiv region. Scope of use - poultry in particular ducklings science.
