Mitsenko Y. Selection and orientation of young athletes-runners aged 9-11 years in the initial preparation stage

Our thesis is devoted to the working-out of the integral criterion of 9-11 aged athletes-runners' level of motor function development and to foundation of the method of sport selection and orientation of 9-11 aged athletes-runners at the first stage of their sport training. A detailed analysis of motor function of young athletes-runners aged 9-11 has been conducted and the dynamics of individual parameters of its functions within a specified age period has been studied. Age dynamics of coherence among different sides of the motor function of young athletes-runners aged 9-11 has been described. Differentiate scales accordingly to the age for estimating of unique mark of the level of some aspects of motor function development are worked out. Complex indicators of young athletes-runners inclination to the activity with display of their power-speed abilities or aerobic endurance are worked out. It is determined experimentally that complex indicator, which is worked out in the thesis, displays stability under influence of different directed training loading.
