Vinska O. The regulatory system of agricultural sector in the EU

The thesis contains the results of a study of conditions and factors of the regulatory system of agricultural sector in the EU. The purpose of the scientific work is a comprehensive study of the regulatory system of agricultural sector in the EU, the major factors and trends of transformation of agricultural support of the community and grounding of the conditions of harmonization of agricultural models of Ukraine and the EU. The object of research is the process of formation and development of the agricultural sector of the global economy. The historical-evolutionary method, system-structural analysis and synthesis, methods of quantitative and qualitative comparisons, expert estimates and forecast are used in the study. The practical value of the results of the thesis is confirmed by the presence of the references about their implementation in the practice of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, Ministry of Agriculture and Food, SHEE " Vadym Hetman Kyiv National Economic University" those are using some aspects of the research for the enhancement of the role of antimonopoly activity of the state; dynamization of the process of adaptation of the European experience of regulation of agriculture.
