Gumenchuk A. Information culture as the factor of transformation of modern education

Thesis is enlights effective transformational process in the field of culture and education, its influence on the informational culture. The thesis introduces new ways to informational flow as the cultural phenomenon, shows the main characteristics of its virtual features. The paper generalizes basic directions of informative study and interdisciplinary aspect of theoretical comprehension. Informatization of education as condition of becoming of free education is exposed. The main aims and typological features of informational and educational sphere are conducted. Objective preconditions of open educational system in Ukraine are investigated. The normative and law, scientifically and methodological providing of distant form of education is analyzed in Ukraine; the research of the informative systems of distance form of education in leading institutions of higher establishments is conducted; the model of open (virtual) structural university is recommended; the effective ways of open educational system are defined; the suggestions of open educational system are stated in Ukraine.
