Evolution of asset securitization in the international economic relations is described, place of asset securitization at the international stock and capital markets is defined. Classification of asset securitization upon different features is summarized. Asset securitization impact on transmission mechanism of monetary policy is defined. Usage of asset securitization both at public and private levels at the emerging markets is studied.
