Essay

The methodology of evaluation of the drainage systems function in the conditions of their long exploitation and technical state change is motivated. Quantitative characteristics of water and temperature soil regime depending on the drainage degree deterioration are received. Based on the research it is proved that application of the following methodology in the projects of drainage area reconstruction and exploitation in the active drainage systems in modern terms, especially in the condition of big number of small landowners, will solve the problem of the drainage systems function evaluation and their rational use and economic efficiency.
