Essay

The object of research is development of national agricultural research. The subject of investigation is the state and scientific activities of M.M. Wolf in the context of agricultural research deed in Ukraine. Targets set out in the study were decided on the general principles of historicism and objectivity, which provide an objective description and analysis of events and phenomena on the basis of scientific and critical use of a variety of sources. The study used historical and comparative, historical and systematic, analytical and synthetic, bibliographic, statistical methods and techniques and personalization of source and archival analysis. Integrated use of various methods of search, analysis and synthesis ensure optimum use of archival sources, published documents and printed publications.
