Muzychenko A. Innovative development of world metallurgical complex

The object of research is the process of innovation development of the world's metallurgical complex at the present stage. The aim of the thesis is to develop theoretical and methodological and technological development of the main provisions of the global economy and development of scientific and practical recommendations for implementation of innovative developments in world metallurgical complex. Research methods: the method of theoretical generalization, aggregation and classification methods, the method of statistical analysis, the index method and comparison, methods of structural and functional analysis. Theoretical results: lies in deepening the existing theoretical and methodological provisions for innovative development of national economies at sectoral level and developing scientific and practical recommendations for implementing an innovative model of development of the metallurgical industry of Ukraine. Practical results: lies in the fact that the main provisions of the thesis will contribute to the development of approaches to the formation mechanism of acceleration of innovation development of the global steel industry. Scientific novelty: the first time: the generalized logic-consistent model of the innovation process; improved: а system-dynamic model of the impact of institutional factors on innovation development of the metallurgical complex of Ukraine, the definition of "innovation", specifically mentioned two components of system category "global innovation paradigm", "innovative development"; breakthrough had the further development: trends accelerate innovation of world metallurgical complex, the mechanism of state policy innovation development of the metallurgical complex of Ukraine. Degree of implementation: results of a study implemented in practical activities of the Main Department for Regional Development, investment and foreign economic relations of the Donetsk Regional State Administration, Donetsk Regional Chamber of Commerce of Ukraine branch "Мetallurgy" PJSC "Donetskstal" - Iron & Steel Plant", JSC"Ilyich", OJSC" SEB Bank (Kyiv), as well as in the learning process of Donetsk National University.
