Stepanova A. International stock market in the system of world economy

The object of research is the development of international stock market in the world economy. The study aims to develop theoretical and methodological foundations of studies of stock market and the development of scientific and practical recommendations on the stock market development in Ukraine in the context of the last turn in the global stock market. Methods: dialectic method of learning, a systematic approach, methods, theoretical generalization, analysis and synthesis, grouping and classification, statistical analysis, economic and mathematical methods, etc. Theoretical results: is to improve the existing theoretical and methodological foundations of the global stock market research and the development of scientific and practical recommendations for the development of the Ukrainian stock market in the current global economic conditions. Practical results: are the development of scientific and practical regulations and recommendations for improving the formation of a national stock market approaches to the formation and development of the global securities market and to provide direction for Ukraine's integration into it in order to enter the state in the world stock market. Scientific novelty: for the first time: a conceptual scheme for risk analysis in the stock market, improved: the definition of "stock market", classified financial risks; have been developed: legal basis for the functioning of the stock market in Ukraine, a quantitative risk assessment tools in the global stock market. Degree of implementation: results of a study implemented in practical activities of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, Zaporizhzhya Regional State Administration, JSC "Zaporizhzhya metallurgical plant" Zaporizhstal, "Center for Economic Education and Consulting "Vneshkonsalt" (Donetsk), as well as in the learning process Zaporizhia Institute of Economics and information technologies.
