Essay

The aim of this investigation was the increase of the effectiveness of treatment, preserving of the reproductive function and the decrease of the recurrence cases in patients with acute salpingo-oophoritis against the background of the results of studies of clinico-laboratory changes and improvement in methods of treatment of these patients. Distinguished modern etiopathogenetic factors of acute salpingo-oophoritis, which prevail in combination with inflammatory extra genital pathology against the background of considerable abnormality of vaginal micro ecology (aerobic - up to 46,0%, anaerobic causative agents - up to 30,0% and microbe associations - up to 56,0%) and hemodynamics in a.ovarika, negative changes in the system of hemostasis (decrease of number and increase of aggregative thrombocyte ability, enlargement of fibrinogen, increase of plasma lyses and soluble fibrin). Effectiveness of treatment made up 96,0% and duration of in-patient treatment of patients has been reduced by 5 days.
