Essay

The thesis focuses on the problem of the formation of the education graduates' communicative competence in the process of professional training. The essence of the phenomenon of education graduates' communicative competence is considered. The component structure of this competence (namely: motivational, verbal, cognitive, informational, non-verbal and reflexive components), the criteria of its maturity and the indicators of its manifestation are revealed. The levels of this kind of competence (deficitary, basic, productive and creative) are described. Pedagogical conditions for forming the education graduates' communicative competence in the process of training are determined.
