Essay

Dissertation is dedicated to the research of the development of the professional self-determination of the sudents - future psychologists. The structure of professional self-determination of the sudent consists of contest-driven, value-oriented and controlling-behavioral componets. This componets reflect the students' attitude toward the learning-professional and future professional activities, for the intergation of which the professional self-determination is directed to. It was experimentally proven that with the students' movement to the senior years, the differential between their level of attitude toward the ideal and real characteristics of the profession is integrated with the quality changes in components of the professional self-determination. The generalized conclusion results of the experimental research allowed to separate four levels of the professional self-determination development of the future psychologists (high, middle, low and nill) and also to present the psychological characteristics with the dynamics of this psychological phenomena in the condition of the professional development. The optimization program of the development of the student self-determination, professional self-view are developed and piloted, the results of which witness the positive affect on the activation of mechanisms of the integration of the components.
