The aim of the thesis is to develop a methodological basis and development of scientific and practical recommendations concerning the transformation of modern financial strategies of TNCs in the uncertainty of the global economic environment. Methods: dialectic method of learning, a method of analysis and synthesis method of comparative analysis and economic-mathematical methods, the method of pooling the data, the method of statistical and econometric analysis, factor analysis and other theoretical results: is to deepen the theoretical foundations of the structure formation of TNCs and developing mechanisms better manage the development of their financial strategies. Practical results: lies in the fact that the main provisions of the thesis will contribute to the development of approaches to the formation of an effective financial strategy for the national integrated structures, which are located in a transformation of the global economic environment. Scientific novelty: for the first time: a simulation model developed by the formation of an effective financial strategies of TNCs in the global economic environment, improved: the quantitative basis of studies of the dependence of financial and economic indicators of the activities of transnational companies, the leverage mechanism of state support for the formation of the financial sustainability of TNK national origin;, have been developed: the systematization of forming areas of financial strategies, the study of categories of the formation of financial strategies of TNCs.
