The dissertation is devoted to forensic diagnosis of poisoning and ditilina arduan using an experimental and forensic material. As a result, proposed by forensic medical criteria in the form of the complex pathological changes: in the brain - disorders of microcirculation, perivascular and pericellular edema, small hemorrhages into the substance of the brain, hydropic and ischemic damage to cells, the kidneys - venous engorgement, especially on the border of the brain and cortical layers, cortical layer of perivascular edema, granular degeneration of the epithelium of proximal tubules, the adrenal glands - small focal hemorrhages in the medulla on the background of paretic blood vessels, rapid engorgement of the brain substance, beam, glomerular and reticular layers, the myocardium - the fragmentation of cardiomyocytes with enhanced longitudinal crimp; in skeletal muscle - marked hyperemia, interstitial edema, fragmentation of muscle fibers in the lungs - venous engorgement, bronchospasm, presence of hemorrhage and edema fluid in the alveoli, swelling of the interalveolar septa, with areas of emphysema, atelectasis, and in the liver - Changes of vascular components in a plethora of veins against the background of stromal edema with diapedetic hemorrhages into the parenchyma and granular degeneration of hepatocytes. Individual pathomorphological criteria for differential diagnosis of poisoning ditilina should be regarded as a significant increase in ventricular degranulirovanyh number of mast cells and the ratio of degranulation. Among the methods of isolation and ditilina arduana of biological material (liver) was the most suitable extraction-photometric analysis, based on the formation of ion associate drugs with bromothymol blue, allowing for an allocation of biological material is 55-59% for ditilin and 60-64% for arduan. Using the method of thin-layer chromatography with two solvent systems (ethyl acetate - formic acid - water in a ratio of 10:2:3, acetone - 1N. Hydrochloric acid in a ratio of 1:1) and spraying yodoplatinatom potassium was detected metabolite of ditilin with Rf - 0,92, and arduan with Rf - 0,65, which can be considered forensic toxicological criteria poisoning ditilina and arduanom.
