The dissertation focuses on the research into theoretical and practical aspects of forming the regulatory system of the global capital movement. The sources and characteristic features of contemporary global processes have been analysed, the subject disposition and the directions of its transformation within the innovational paradigm of economic globalism have been revealed, ways of regulatory institutionalization of global economic development have been discovered. The major attention has been given to the analysis of trends and current peculiarities of the global capital movement, the solution to the problems of its regulation. The potential of government regulatory strategies in the global competitive environment on capital markets has been assessed, the problem of regulating shadow financial flows has been distinguished. Considerable attention has been paid to the anti-crisis component of regulating global investment. The role, methods, forms and instruments of tax regulation in the sphere of investment activities in the global corporate business environment have been revealed. The specific features and level of tax competition have been diagnosed, the necessity and trends of global harmonization in the sphere of tax regulation of investment have been substantiated. The problems of regulation in Ukraine's investment business practice and ways of solving them have been revealed.
