In dissertation work are exposed theoretical and methodological principles of strategic management and their genesis. Research the structure of system strategic management in foreign economic activity. There are determined vectors of transformation system of strategic management international companies in conditions of geoeconomical threats. Dissertation contains analysis of the modern state external economic activity for Ukrainian enterprises. Functional and institutional components of mechanism of strategic management in foreign economic activity are researched. Key elements of management in foreign economic activity for Ukrainian companies of light industry are studied. The efficiency of mechanisms of strategic management in foreign economic activity for enterprises of light industry is estimated. Optimal strategy of management in foreign economic activity in Ukraine is developed. Offered the mechanisms of construction the effective system of strategic management for international activity of Ukrainian companies. Identified the dominant vector of realization of strategic management of foreign economical activity for Ukrainian enterprises of light industry with subsequent integration in an international environment.
