The research is devoted to the analysis of the efficiency of reconstructive plastic laparoscopic surgeries on uterine tubes in infertile women using the traditional rehabilitation method and the method suggested by us. The research confirms that early and comprehensive use of rehabilitation measures allows to increase the efficiency of treating women with tubal infertility. The need for rehabilitation measures is proven by the investigation of the species composition and the population level of microbial contamination of internal genitalia and the abdominal cavity, the factors and mechanisms of nonspecific and specific immune anti-infection defense, the parameters of hormonal homeostasis, evaluation of the ovarian reserve and the cytokines levels. The suggested and proven original set of rehabilitation measures allowed to stimulate ovulation using a combination of clomiphene citrate and Luteina during the 2nd menstrual cycle, as a result of which 25.7 % of women in the main group were found to be pregnant, which is 2.9 times more efficient as compared to stimulation of ovulation with clomiphene citrate alone. This technique enhances the efficiency of the subsequent cycles of superovulation stimulation, reduces the cost and increases the efficacy of assisted reproductive technologies, which leads to an overall acceleration of the restoration of women's reproductive function.
