Baldyniuk O. Preparing future teachers to the formation of communicative experience of younger pupils by means of art

The paper deals with theoretical generalizations and proposes a new solution of scientific problem of the future teacher's preparation to the formation of communicative experiences of younger pupils by means of art. The dissertation paper reveals the content and structure (purpose and implementing subsystem of the subject of communication, combined through the feedback) and components (needs and axiology, cognitive and informational, operational and behavioral, emotional and volitional, reflexive and estimative components), which integrally characterize the culture of teacher's artistic and pedagogical communication. The author highlighted some criteria and indicators that outline the intersystem components of the structure of teacher's personality as the subject of artistic and pedagogical communication. The author theoretically justified and experimentally verified pedagogical conditions of the future teacher's formation of communicative experiences of young pupils by means of art. There was developed the list of teaching resources of educational conditions for students, prepared directly to a designated professional occupation. The main results of the research were implemented in the educational process of higher education in Ukraine.
