Savchenko I. Features of standardization in the system of initial vocational education of the Russian Federation.

The thesis is dedicated to the detection of standardization features in the system of primary professional education of the Russian Federation and searching opportunities for creative use of progressive ideas of standards creation in Russian experience and in the educational environment of Ukraine. It is based on comparative analysis of teaching experience were found, which is of interest for the national system to improve the content of vocational training. On this basis, there are scientifically justified conclusions and recommendations on improving standards of vocational education in Ukraine in the context of globalization, European integration and national identity. It is proposed creation of an independent public institution - the Council to address complex problems aimed at bringing into line with international standards of national professional qualifications and professional and educational standards of training skilled workers. Proposals regarding the composition and functions of creative workgroups developers of standards, copyright-effectively target model to improve standards of vocational training based on the integrated requirements of employers, the cycle of improvement of standards and standardization module information of vocational education.
