Frasynyuk A. Innovative factor of transnational banking business.

The thesis is devoted to determining the effect of internal and external factors on the innovation processes of transnationalization of banking and related influence of the latest transformation of its organization, development and delivery of financial products and services. Theoretical and methodological foundations are investigated for the analysis of innovation determinants of TNB, the transformation of transnational banking business under the influence of innovation, examined the innovative aspects of the business TNB in Ukraine. Substantiated the effect of liberalization, deregulation in the financial sector and trends in the universalization of banking on the emergence of innovative forms of business organization TNB – transnational universal banks and transnational financial conglomerates, identified functional differences between them. The emergence of process and product innovations is justified as a result of the convergence of banking, insurance and investment business TNB. The definition for TNB innovation strategy is formulated on the base of analysis of theoretical and practical aspects of innovations of TNB. Investigated the influence of innovative activity оn TNB development of the banking system of Ukraine.
