Fostyk B. Protectionism Policy of Ukraine under WTO membership conditions.

The thesis is devoted to the actual issues of the development and realization of the protectionism policy of the Ukraine in condition of the WTO membership, to research of theoretical bases and development of practical measures on the improvement of the foreign trade governance under WTO rules. Evolution of the theoretical views, nature and essence of foreign trade protectionism are investigated. Authentication of protectionism features and instruments is carried out and set of the protectionism function in the national economics is offered. The tendencies of the protectionism development in condition of the global trade system formation are determined. Particularities of the group protectionism in "open" and "closed" regionalism are ascertained. Approach to combined duty architecture is improved and compound and alternative duties are allocated. Orientation of the governance effectiveness of the foreign trade increasing is grounded. The system of the measures for safety of the Ukrainian national economic interest in condition of the WTO membership in structure of the National Concept of the protectionism principles realization is offered.
