Romashenko T. Strategy of Ukraine's Participation in the World Labour Migration Processes

Object: world processes of labour migration. The purpose: improvement of theoretic and methodical bases of research of the international labour migration under globalization conditions, proposing scientific and practical recommendations concerning formation of participation strategy of Ukraine in world processes of labour migration. The methods: methods of scientific abstraction, analysis and synthesis, generalization, qualitative and quantitative comparisons, modelling, historical and logic, tabular and statistical, dynamic method, the system approach. It is offered: strategic bases of Ukraine participation in world processes of labour migration on the basis of state migratory policy principles formation, identification its purposes, basic directions and elaboration of implementation mechanisms; scientific and methodical approach to quantitative estimation of cumulative economic effect of the international labour migration; theoretic and methodical bases of international labour migration research with help of emphasizing of its new functions and ordering of degrees of its elasticity.
