Essay

Based on the analysis of psychological and educational literature this dissertation study determined the relevance of partnership in the training of future teachers, provided a psychological definition of "partner interaction" in the context of the pedagogical process, defined basic principles and structure for a partnership. This research looked at some of the motivational, cognitive and behavioral components of an individual's ability to interact as a partner.
