Kalmykov S. Complex physical rehabilitation of persons of mature age, for patients of type 2 diabetes, on the policlinic stage

Dissertation is devoted to the issue of the day - physical rehabilitation of patients of type 2 diabetes on the policlinic stage. In dissertation a theoretical ground and new decision of scientific task of development of the program of physical rehabilitation of patients of type 2 diabetes on the policlinic stage on the basis of analysis of indexes of carbohydrate and lipid exchange, somathoscopic and haemodynamic indexes, functional state of the vegetative nervous system, of the psychological state, indexes of reaction of the cardiovasculaire system on the physicalloading, which allows to stabilize the level of the glycaemia, decrease the degree of weight of disease, warn the origin of complications of diabetes from the side of the cardiovascular system, to normalize the psychological state of patients, to improve quality of reaction of the cardiovasculaire system on the physica loading, decrease the dose of preparations. An inspection is conducted 120 patients of type 2 diabetes. Efficiency of the author program of the physical rehabilitation whichforesees application of medical gymnastics is in-process well-proven, with the use of physical exercises on the basis of yogic azans, yogic respiratory exercises and regulated respiratory exercises taking into account tone of paths of the vegetative nervous system of patients; dosed walking and autogenously training after the method of I. Schultz, modified by V.S. Lobzin and M.M. Reshetnikov.
