Kotliar Y. Psylogical factors of the adaptation of members of organs of the Internal Affairs of Ukraine to the professional occupation

The investigation of this thesis is devoted to the actual problem of the juridical psychology, or more precisely to finding the psychological and psychophysiological factors of the successful adaptation for young members of оrgans of the Internal Affairs to the conditions of professional occupation. There were analyzed modern conceptual approaches, which concern solving the given problem, were distinguished typical psychological factors, which have an influence on the successfulness of the adaptation for young members of оrgans of the Internal Affairs. In this dissertation's investigation there were substantiated and experimentally proved the reliability and self-descriptiveness of the chosen test's set. There was revealed the peculiarity of the relationship between personal-psychological descriptions of the cadets and young members of оrgans of the Internal Affairs, that had already successfully adaptated. One of the achievments of this work is the construction of the factor model of the psyhological causes of the successful adaptation for young members of оrgans of the Internal Affairs to the conditions of professional occupation. In order to optimize the psychological support and maintenance of the professional occupation of young members of оrgans of the Internal Affairs, there were obtained six kinds of factor models, which correspond to different groups of respondents according to their adaptable level.
